CBU’s “player first” philosophy and approach has quickly gained them national recognition as being one of the most successful 15U-17U player development and showcase organizations in the country. Boasting multiple nationally ranked teams and tournament championships, in 2022 alone, CBU and their #REDHATNATION placed 55 players into college baseball and featured 4 MLB draft picks, including the 23rd overall pick.

As many know, navigating player development, high school baseball, the summer Perfect Game circuit and the college recruiting process can be daunting, and many talented 7U-14U teams struggle with the inevitable changes that come as their players and families shift into 15U and beyond. As a result, CBU is now looking to partner with a few like minded youth organizations and teams who share our values and our vision.
